Poxl in first village gives you this quest. He wants you to find Pablo somewhere in the jungle and give him his favourite toy.
When you given pablo his toy you can interact with him, he eithers stays or follows you around. When he's in follow mode and you get close to Kanuri entrance Ahmsetjeren will hunt you. Most reds, some purp to 50. Kill or kite, get Pablo back to Poxl somehow and you finish quest.
